JOSHUA BECKER received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Illinois State University in 1995. After working in the business world for several years, Mr. Becker attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, graduating with Honors in 2001. Mr. Becker was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2001, practicing real estate law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Becker returned to his home state of Illinois in 2005. Licensed in Illinois in 2006, Mr. Becker opened a solo practice before joining the law firm of Sgro, Hanrahan & Durr, LLP.
Mr. Becker specializes in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate/estate administration, personal injury, and Elder Law. His Elder law practice includes Medicaid planning, guardianships, powers of attorney, wills and trusts. Mr. Becker has a unique understanding of the needs of the elderly and prides himself in serving them and their families.
